Marvellous central location adjacent to the grounds of the property, south England and the garden. It also was to the hills on the horizon. Booked a room with DELIGHTFUL views over the valley.

Nice little hotel, I stayed here with my family. The location was amazing for exploring this rural area, close to beautiful surroundings as well as the stunning gardens of a lovely house.

The cottage we stayed in was small but cozy, perfect for a couple or a small family. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the garden and surrounding fields. The breakfast provided was delicious and delivered right to our doorstep. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, even arranging taxis for us. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

That the shower temperature was a bit inconsistent, but we were informed that renovations were underway to fix this issue. Another small inconvenience was the lack of phone signal and Wi-Fi in the cottage, although the owners kindly allowed us to use their Wi-Fi in the main house.

The location was central, excellent to the hills on the horizon. The staff was friendly and accommodating, as well as host. Our room was reasonably spacious and warm equipped with bathroom, the kitchenette, as example, paid £ 88.

Lovely cottage, sweet and cozy. Wonderful hosts, made us feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, fresh mint tea and divine eggs. Peaceful location, beautiful garden and woods. Perfect base to explore South Downs.

For the price we paid, Bootmenders B&B was great value. The cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature with a beautiful garden and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff, especially Jenna and her family, were welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

My double room was equipped with central heating, an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment. The staff were amicable people. The location of the hotel was stunning, to the hills on the horizon.

Affable staff, incredibly beautiful views of the garden and surrounding fields, everything is good. The location is lovely and amazing, to the hills on the horizon. And it's nestled in a pretty building adjacent to fields and woodland, a beautiful garden and nature.

Truly enjoyed every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend. The central location and accommodating staff were the highlight of this excellent stay. Besides, Church of All Saints was 3 km away from the venue.

The location was excellent, surrounded by nature but still easy to reach by car. We loved waking up to the sounds of the dawn chorus. The breakfast provided in the cottage was delicious and we could ask for refills if needed. a great experience at Bootmenders B&B.
